2019: Donald Duke emerges as SDP presidential candidate


Former Cross River State Governor, Donald Duke, has won the Presidential primary election of the Social Democratic Party (SDP).

Duke, whobpolled 812 votes will be the party’s flag bearer for the 2019 presidential election.

The former governor defeated former Minister of Information, Prof. Jerry Gana, who scored 611 votes at the SDP  National Convention/presidential primary election, which took place at the Old Parade Ground, Abuja.
