Barcelona bounced back to winning ways after three consecutive winless games by thrashing Tottenham Hotspurs 4-2 at Wembley stadium in their second group match of the Champions League today.
With the game at 2-1, Tottenham began to chase the game and it took one moment of magic from Uruguay International, Luis Suarez, to lay on a wonderful assist for Messi to put the game beyond Tottenham’s reach.
After being in the comfortable lead, he then began to harry and close down on the Spurs defenders in a bid to force them into error.
Despite this efforts, Barcelona fans were not satisfied and have been on social media calling him out.
What they said:
Well Suarez is finished I guess

I love Suarez but he is declining quickly and most people would agree Firmino is better.

Suarez is no longer as lethal as he used to be
Comment:that’s the spirit of game
OK
The player had given his very best to the team.
With Mercy and Suarez is Barcelona they good to go
playing on the field s actually not easy, we should appreciate him, good thing we got the 3 points
I think suarez need to work hard in order to be more valuable
Though he might have declined in form but he is still valuable for Barca because when he returns to full form he will be as deadly as in the past to score goals.
Up barcelona
Fans always wants their favorite players to score.
although, I don’t blame Suarez, is he not getting old? so he won’t be a good player as before, and that’s the nature of life.

The man still have plenty to offer the club despite fans throwing mud
I wonder if Messi was ever lashed for under par performances. A day will come when Messi’s fuel will run out and that will be end of Barcelona, literally speaking.
