Several users failed to abide by our Terms of Service. These user’s went ahead to make so much spammy comments on our posts just to increase their earnings selfishly and this caused a lot of trouble for us.
Firstly, our search rankings were affected and all the investments we made on this went to waste.
Our Facebook page got unpublished though we are working hard to get it republished.
Finally, withdrawal and payment to these affected users who spammed our posts comment section would not be possible until they have deleted their spammy comments.
We have implemented a new feature where these affected users can delete all the spammy comments they made on our posts. After deleting these posts, they can now request for payment again and there payment would be processed.
To manage your comments, simply look for the “Manage Comments” menu on your dashboard and click on it. You can delete a single comment or multiple comments at once.
If you want to delete multiple comments at once, select the comments you wish to delete and click on Bulk Delete.
