Liverpool are currently leading Tottenham at the Wembley stadium after Netherlands international, Georginio Wijnaldum, powered in a header from James Milner cross.
The Reds, who were the better side in the encounter got the deserved lead in the 39th minutes after Milner’s inswinging corner kick caused panic around Tottenham area before Wijnaldum powered the ball into the net with his head.
The Dutch has now scored his first away goal in the premiership after making 58 appearances (19 for Newcastle, 39 with Liverpool).
